Refund policy

If an item arrives with the incorrect size or with any other error at all on our part, we accept full responsibility for any costs associated with this return.Β  This includes a return label.Β Β 

Our regular return policy allows customer to return products for store credit within 14 days of receiving items in store and online.Β  If products are received via online purchase and are without error from Ginny Marie's, customers may return at their cost through any shipping service.Β  If tracking is emailed to Ginny Marie's, customer will receive credit once tracking updates.Β  If no tracking is emailed to Ginny Marie's (customerservice@ginnymaries.com), customer will receive credit once items are received by Ginny Marie's.

Custom orders cannot be returned unless an error is made on our part.
