Ginny Marie's is an authorized reseller of top name brands.  While we do sell Kendra Scott, Free People, and many other brand names, we are not the brand itself.

If an item arrives with the incorrect size or with any other error at all on our part, we accept full responsibility for any costs associated with this return.  This includes a return label.  

Our regular return policy allows customer to return products for store credit within 14 days of receiving items in store and online.  If products are received via online purchase and are without error from Ginny Marie's, customers may return at their cost through any shipping service.  If tracking is emailed to Ginny Marie's, customer will receive credit once tracking updates.  If no tracking is emailed to Ginny Marie's (customerservice@ginnymaries.com), customer will receive credit once items are received by Ginny Marie's.

Monogram Box orders are discounted subscription services.  Products are special ordered based on current plans both monthly and quarterly.  Due to the preorder nature of the items in each box, we do have a cancellation policy to help ensure that we are able to continue to offer this service at a discounted price.  Each plan can be cancelled any time after receiving 3 boxes, with a 28 day notice cancellation policy.  If you need to cancel early or would like a 1 time box, the add on for this service is $15.  This allows you to cancel at any time or to only receive 1 box.  This service still leaves room for some discount on a box filled with goodies curated for you!
