Sizing Info

Unisex T-Shirt Size: Unisex T-Shirt Size: We love Comfort Colors tees and tanks! Some of our favorite brands like Jadelynn Brooke use these super soft and comfy tees. They are the absolute best quality. These are unisex sizes and do not shrink so we do not recommend sizing up. No returns or exchanges are accepted on monogram box items. Please be sure to enter the correct size on your form. Please make sure to use your Unisex T-Shirt size in the shirt size option provided. We want to make your box PERFECT FOR YOU so it is important to follow the size suggestions (do not recommend sizing up here)! We use your unisex top size for Comfort Colors tees and other items that are unisex sizes. 

Unisex Spirit Tees:  These do run larger than Comfort Colors tees.  We DO NOT recommend sizing up.  Your true size will be an oversized fit.  Please wash with like colors & hang dry. Our spirit shirts have an oversized fit. They run larger than Comfort Colors tees. Models are size 0 and are wearing size small or xs in our pictures. Some customers choose to size down 1 in these while others buy their true size. Because personal preference varies, we are offering you the choice!! If you are unsure- go with the smallest size you wear if you sometimes choose a smaller size in varying items. We do not recommend ever sizing up in this item.  

T-Shirt Size:   In October 2017 we added this option to allow customers who prefer a different size in tees that run similarly to Simply Southern and Bella. Although Simply Southern and Bella do technically use unisex fit tees, they run slightly smaller than Comfort Colors. We have found that the majority of our customers use the same size for oversized tees like Comfort Colors and smaller tees like Simply Southern. However, just in case this is not you we added this as an option so you can let us know! Even if you never receive a Simply Southern tee in your box, collecting this info allows us to better serve you.

Women’s Top Size: Please include your women’s top size here. Items vary by the season. Women’s tops might include vests, swimsuit coverups, etc. We will size up or down accordingly for items that run unusually small or large. We will not send swimsuits without first collecting sizing as well as the option to opt in or out. Any relative correspondence will be made via email. Make sure we have your current email on file.

Bottoms Size: Any bottoms we include will have an elastic waste. Ex. Leggings, monogrammed track shorts, loungewear, etc.

This is not just a monogram box. Your box will have monogrammed goods & more of our favorite things! We love seersucker, gingham, plaid, decals, hats, drinkware, monogrammed jewelry, bracelets, totes, tees, the beach, pineapples, stripes, America, etc. We include goodies from all the best brands like Comfort Colors, Simply Southern, Charles River, Tervis, Camelbak, Mud Pie, EllieO, Corkcicle & SO MUCH MORE! We believe quality matters! The color pallets for our monthly boxes are based on the season. 

Deluxe Boxes contain at least 3 items (sometimes more depending on the value of the larger items).  Our Original Monogram Box contains at least 2-3 items each month and at least 1 will be monogrammed. Monogram Box samplers include at least 1 monogrammed item and sometimes even include 1 other goodie noted above (depending on the value of the monogrammed item). Our boxes are packaged in boxes, bubble mailers, & poly mailers.

T-shirt subscriptions include 1 t-shirt per month. Our t-shirts are valued up to $49. Some are monogrammed. Some are stock. T-shirts may be sleeveless, short sleeve, or long sleeve- based on the season.  T-shirt subscriptions may be purchased separately or as an add on to any box. If purchased separately, t-shirts arrive in a pink bubble mailer or a seasonal poly mailer.. Love monogrammed pocket tees? This add-on is PERFECT FOR YOU! Our monogrammed Comfort Colors pocket tees are included in our t-shirt subscriptions approx. every other month. Please note- pocket is monogrammed shut. Comfort Colors are unisex sizes.

  • Addons:  Did you know that monogram box members receive coupons and discounted products!?!  Every month we reveal a "jar of the month" from our Bracelet Bar.   • Reveals: We post reveals for at least 1 item each month on Facebook and Instagram.  Other items included in our boxes will be featured in our pictures but may not be described specifically as we do LOVE SURPRISES!!!  If you love what you see in our Monogram Box advertisement photos you will love any of our boxes.  So check out our pictures before ordering!  While we LOVE to post reveals we cannot guarantee an item in the reveal will be in your box.  While we order plenty of extras for new customers we may run out of your size.  No worries!  We always have a fabulous alternate item planned as well!!!
  • Can I change my Box?  We do not recommend changing box sizes as this can cause duplicate items.  We plan our boxes each month according to what that box size received in previous months while also considering items we plan to coordinate for them in the future.  So, switching box sizes can cause you to miss out on products that you never received and occasionally receive the same items twice.  Because we feature several patterns and colors in many of our items, these duplicates may vary from previous items you received.  However, we still do not recommend switching back and forth as we cannot guarantee no duplicate items when changing boxes.  Customers upgrading to a larger box are less likely to receive duplicate items as MOST items are first debuted in our larger boxes.  So, if you upgrade from a small box to a large box you are less likely to receive duplicates than if you were switch from large to small.  Also, many of our items are seasonal.  So, if you do plan to switch box sizes this can be most beneficial between seasons.  Duplicate items are less likely to occur if you switch boxes in September or March.  We begin sending Fall and Winter items in September and then in March we move back toward Spring and Summer items.

Billing Info

Your credit card will be charged on the 25th of each month and your monogram box will be shipped by the 31st of the following month.

Your credit card will be charged for the current month when you sign up for the first box and will not be charged again until the 20th-25th of the month for the following month's box. Our monogram boxes ship out in batches throughout the month. Current subscriptions and new subscriptions received by the 1st ship between the 1st and 31st of each month. All items are custom made to order. Many items are special ordered. Late payments prevent current orders from shipping in a timely manner. All dates are approximate. Shipping times vary each month. All current orders ship by or before the 31st of each month. Once order has been packaged and scheduled for pickup, tracking is emailed to email address on file. New orders received after the 22nd of each month ship in approx. 10-14 days.

Taxes, service charges, & shipping fees are applied to your plan when applicable. Please see taxes & Service charges. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges for your first monogram box will be charged within 48 hours of your first payment. All future charges will be included in the total cost of your monogram box payment charged on the 1st of each month.

If you opt to receive a t-shirt subscription add on, this charge will be added in with your tax/shipping charges for your first monogram box and charged within 48 hours. All future t-shirt subscription charges will be included in the total cost of your monogram box payment charged on the 25th of each month.

Taxes & service charges: Georgia residents 7% sales tax; All 49 states excluding GA will be charged a 7% service charge. Georgia residents will not pay service charge in addition to taxes. Service charges & taxes are not applied to shipping costs. Applicable taxes and shipping charges for your first monogram box will be charged within 48 hours of your first payment. All future charges will be included in the total cost of your monogram box payment charged on the 1st of each month.

Shipping Info

Cutoff Date:

The cutoff date for each month is published in the countdown timer on this listing.  Typically, if you purchase a monogram box you will receive a box for that month and the following months.  We occasionally cutoff for that month a day or two before the month ends, in which case we post said date.

Shipping:  All orders received by 11/1 will ship by 11/30. All orders received later in the month are subject to later ship times.  Our boxes ship out in batches between the 10th and 31st each month.  We occasionally begin shipping a few days earlier.

Your credit card will be charged on the 25th of each month and your Monogram Box will be shipped by the 31st of the following month.

Cancellation Terms

After 3 months you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your monogram box will ship by the 31st of every month until you submit a cancellation request. We know you will love your box! But sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel. No problem. You are receiving this great deal for all these goodies with your 3-month agreement. After 3 months you may cancel at any time. Monogram Box Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on monogram box items. We LOVE to make items that you will love and take each and every item into account. We use only the best quality products. We offer monogram box member discounts up to 40%+++ on these products and custom make them with your initials. You are receiving this discount each month. Please make sure to read all terms so that you have a complete understanding of what we promise and what you will receive. Ginny Marie's has put together all kinds of great info in our "ALL ABOUT OUR MONOGRAM BOXES" section. This section is also the "terms" check box when you check out. If you feel that any info is missing or not properly described in this section PLEASE email us at cusotmerservice@ginnymaries.com! We LOVE customer feedback and are always looking for ways to improve.

Postal Errors: All postal errors must be reported to your local post office. If you need to file a claim to retrieve your merchandise you will need your tracking # and our mailing address. Our mailing address is Ginny Marie's | 4646 Forsyth Road Suite 130-135 | Macon, Ga. 31210. If USPS makes an error with your order we will replace your items provided that you file a claim within 10 days. please email us once this claim has been filed so that we can follow up with USPS on your behalf. Claims may be filed online or at your local branch.

Item Errors:  Any items that arrive with an error may be returned with no cost to the customer.  Such returns are accepted on unused merchandise.  Customer must report error within 7 days.  All errors can be reported to: customerservice@ginnymaries.com
